No-Shows

Please help us serve our customers better! No-shows are subject to a full charge of the full durration, all days reserved, of your reservation! Please call if you need to cancel so we can make the RV site or cabin available for others. More below**

RV Sites

• Check In/Out Time: 12:00 PM
• RV Site Rates: $29.90 to $56 + tax per night, two people per site.
• Additional Person Rate: $3 + tax per person. Kids free under age 10.
• Weekly RV Site Rates: $179 to $201 + tax for two people.(Excluding ALL River Sites.)
• Monthly RV Site Rates: (+ Metered Electricity): $525.00, two people. Subject to availability.)
• Reservations now being accepted for the 2011 Season.
  

Park Cottages

• Rates: $75.00 + tax a night for two people (3 night min)
• $90.00 + tax a night for two people (1 and 2 nights)
• Additional Person Rate: $8.50 + tax each person per night.
• Weekly Rates: $450.00 + tax per week for two people per cottage.
• Monthly Cottage Rates On-Season. (NOT AVAILABLE).
• Monthly Cottage Rates Off-Season (Oct-Nov; Feb-Mar): $550.00 + Elect, Gas. (if available)
• ( NOTE: Some pets may be allowed in certain cottages, Additional Rates will apply)

• Check In: 3:00 PM - Check Out: 11:00 AM.

RV On-Site Rentals

• Rates: Same as Park Cottages
• Check In: 3:00 PM - Check Out: 11:00 AM
• RV Rental Rates: Same as cottage
• River Site (8/1/10 to 10/1/10) Add $20.00 to each night
• Monthly RV Rental Rates: Not Available

General Policies

Pets: Most pets are welcome although there are certain Park Policies that we require be followed during your stay with us, please call to find out what these requirements are.

Smoking: Permitted inside your own RV and in designated areas within the RV Resort. NOT PERMITTED in any public areas of the resort, including all Four Seasons RV Resort Cottages and RV Rentals.

Deposits: A deposit of one nights stay for every one to seven nights booked will be required in order to guarantee your stay with us. We cannot guarantee that a site will be available for the date that you want to arrive without having the required deposit on hand. Deposits can be made using any major credit card. Checks and Money Orders may also be accepted but certain resrictions and guidelines do apply. Please call for more information. Your deposit will be applied to your stay once you have arrived at Four Seasons.

Rates and Information: Subject to change at any time. Call for the latest information.

**No Shows: No shows (not showing up) are subject to full and complete charge of the reservation. Please call if you need to cancel, so we may open up the space. The space is reserved unless you tell us you are not coming! We are required to charge for the entire reservation because we can not open it up for business. This applies to no shows that have not called and gotten a cancellation confirmation. We would much prefer a happy camper in that spot! Please refer to our cancellation policy for deposit credit on future stay. Call in advance, help us out! Thanks!

Refunds: Four Seasons RV Resort has a NO REFUND POLICY on deposits made for future reservations. This does not mean that all is lost should you need to cancel your reservations. Four Seasons RV Resort will hold your deposit to be applied towards a future visit at our resort. (redeemable for one calendar year after original reservation date.) There are also no refunds given should you see the need to shorten your visit with us once you have already arrived paid and checked in with us.

Relaxation and Enjoyment: All of our guests are required to enjoy themselves AT ALL TIMES. Relaxation can be at the times that best suit your own personal needs. Please contact us to see how you can better enjoy your time while staying here at Four Seasons RV Resort. We will be glad to help.

• Full Hookups: 67 sites with water, electric and sewer
• 50 Amp Hookups: 40 sites with 50 amp electrical service.
• Long RV Sites 45+ Feet: 20 RV sites are 45 feet or longer
• Pull-Thru Sites: 14
• RV Sites Wide Enough for Slideout(s) on ONE SIDE ONLY: 20
• RV Sites Wide Enough for Slideout(s) on TWO SIDES: 40
• Winterized Sites: At Some Sites
• LP Gas ( LPG, Propane ): Sold by meter ( by the bottle / gallon )
